Returns

We want you to love your Five And Dime products but do understand that sometimes you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please let us know at info@five-and-dime.co.uk and simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt, ensuring you repackage the returns appropriately preventing any damage occurring in transit and enclosing proof of purchase.

Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with a refund within 7 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item which is not returned in a re-sellable condition and / or without it's original branded packaging.

To be eligible for a return: 

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• It must also be in the original packaging
• Return must be within 14 Days of receipt
• Proof of purchase enclosed
• Please note that we do not cover the delivery cost of returns
• Items can only be returned if they're in perfect condition, so please ensure that they are packed well

Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of the original packaging, as failure to do so may result in us being unable to accept the returned item.

We strongly advise you use a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.

If any items have been purchased through Trouva.com please contact them directly for processing. 

All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
