Orders for in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
UK and Channel islands
- Standard Delivery: £2.99
- Express: £6.99
- UPS Tracked: £15
- For shipments above EUR 22 import VAT has to be paid in the destination country by the customer
- Above EUR 150 depending on the product type there may be extra Duties to pay
- UPS International Shipping: £30

We want you to love your Five And Dime products but do understand that sometimes you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt, ensuring you repackage the returns appropriately preventing any damage occurring in transit and enclosing proof of purchase.
Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with a refund within 7 working days.
We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item which is not in the right condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must also be in the original packaging
- Return must be within 14 Days of receipt
- Proof of purchase enclosed
- Please note that we do not cover the delivery cost of returns
- Items can only be returned if they're in perfect condition, so please ensure that they are packed well
Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of the original packaging, as failure to do so may result in us being unable to accept the returned item.
We strongly advise you use a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.
If any items have been purchased through Trouva.com please contact them directly for processing.
All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
REFUNDS IN STORE
We will always refund faulty goods bought in store. Anything you don't like we will either exchange or refund as long as you bring it back within 14 days.
If you believe your item is faulty please contact email@example.com, All our electrical products come with a manufacturers guarantee and all are checked before dispatch but still let us know as we can advise the best course of action.
When emailing please include photographs of the damaged/faulty item, and a description of the fault. Please do not attempt to fix the item of your own accord or via a third party as this may affect your entitlement to a refund, compensation or reimbursement.
All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any breakages, defects or discrepancies please notify us within 48 hours.
We are unable to replace or refund items if we are not notified within this time.
